I gave him a call on a Friday, he asked a few questions to assess the issue and said he would come by 1st thing Monday morning. He showed up as promised and was in and out within 2 hours. Very prompt and courteous service. William was able to think outside the box to solve a shower spray head problem without resorting to breaking the wall behind shower to work around a faulty existing condition….I was expecting guests in 2 days and he averted disaster!!
